Our Services

Setemplate provides various high-quality templates professionally designed for various purposes, such as websites, portfolios, and designs. All transactions and purchases are made without requiring user account registration or login.

Template Pricing

Template prices are determined based on several factors, including:

• The number of pages in the template.
• The complexity of the design and features included.
• The technology used in creating the template (such as HTML, CSS, or frameworks like React, Next.js).

Payment

All payments are processed through a third-party service, namely lynk.id. Setemplate does not store or process payment data directly.

Information Collection

During the template purchasing process, we collect the full name and email address to send the template file. Users can also provide their phone number, but this is optional.

Copyright and Template Usage

• After purchasing a template, users acquire full rights to use, edit, and modify the template for personal or commercial purposes.
• It is prohibited to resell templates purchased from Setemplate, whether in original form or modified.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the purchased template encounters technical issues that cannot be resolved by our team.

Use of Third-Party Services

• lynk.id is a third-party service used to process payments and handle buyer data (such as email).
• All terms and privacy policies of lynk.id apply to the payment transaction process.

Custom Template Submission

Users who wish to submit custom templates or sell templates can submit them via the Google Forms provided by us.

Indemnification

Users agree to hold Setemplate harmless from any claims, losses, or costs arising from copyright violations or other legal issues related to content submitted via Google Forms or template purchases.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these ToS at any time and will notify users of any changes. By continuing to use our services after updates, you agree to the new terms and conditions.
